Baking Queen

I think baking is so much fun! Whether baking or eating them, who knew a little pastry can make people so happy.  I need to get back into baking. I used to bake all the time in high school, but now I've just been so busy! I think I'll do some searches online for some good recipes and hopefully I can make something this weekend. But I think I also need to buy some baking tools. Sigh... Well, whenever I get the chance to make it, I'll be sure to post it and let you know how I did. :P

Meanwhile, I think I am going to start reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho tonight. I picked it up a few weeks ago... and it sits taunting me on my nightstand. I love buying new books and being able to escape reality for a bit and delve into the world of my book's characters. Simple satisfaction!
