It's finally Fall, but it still feels like Summer! So it was way too hot not to wear shorts today. For our monthly surprise, Joshua booked me a Swedish massage. It was my first time, and I did not expect it to be so painful! But my therapist did say I have a lot of knots in my back and shoulder. Ouch!
