After carving out the pumpkin, there were a lot of seeds and flesh that we
scooped out, so I decided to roast them for a little snack.
The seeds were slimy even after washing them, so I left them out to dry
overnight and then the next morning I got to mixing the seasoning.
2 tbsp of melted butter
Cajun seasoning
Season salt
Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 320 and line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Mix seeds with seasoning (amount to your liking) then spread seeds across the tray evenly. Bake for 20 minutes.
