Give & Grub Food Truck

What’s truly remarkable to me is when people come together with an idea and makes cool things happen.

Take this food truck I went to the other day. It wasn’t just any food truck. While it did serve amazing and delicious dishes, the Give & Grub food truck was truly born out of the mission to help others. Laser Spine Institute partnered with the Tampa Bay Lightning to create the food truck to help the hungry. So with every meal bought from the food truck, another is donated by Laser Spine Institute to help a child in need. 

The dishes on the menu were also inspired by some of the Lightning player’s favorite meals. I had the bishop bowl with shrimp, Hedman’s steak tacos and Cooper’s Candied Burger. All of it was so unique and so very good.

You really can’t go wrong with good food with a good cause.
