Summertime to me is all about long, lazy days spent outside or on the beach. But in this heat, you'll definitely need something to cool down. I came across these grown up popsicles from Endless Simmer that are made with a few splashes of gin. I think I'll have to make some this weekend, it's a perfect little snack to share with friends.
