For half of day two in New York, we stayed in Brooklyn. We got a room at Hotel Indigo Brooklyn, and it was the best. It was a little small, but it was perfect. There was a smart TV, Aveda products and it was all very modern. Anyways, we had a pretty view of the city and from there, we could see where we travelled on foot.
Grabbed coffee at Hungry Ghost, where I accidentally took someone's iced coffee instead of my own order.
Dined at Milk Bar for breakfast, when it started to rain and we had no umbrella.
Visited Brook Farm General Store and Gourmet Guild to escape the rain.
Took the subway to Chinatown for ice cream at the Ice Cream Factory and soup dumplings at Joe's Shanghai.
Tried to visit The World Trade Center and stumbled upon the PATH. We actually went down the path on accident trying to get to the world trade center... it was 5pm on a Monday and everyone was rushing in that direction and we followed. When we realized that the Path was the path to New Jersey, it was too late to turn and had to go down the escalators.
So much walking. So much rain.

You hit up some great places in Chinatown! :D Joe's Shanghai is my absolute favorite. Nowhere else compares to their xiaolongbao. :3
