Sunday Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs


Bacon and eggs: this can't be a more classic breakfast. 

Unless maybe cereal... but this is the weekend, y'all! And weekend breakfasts, especially Sunday breakfasts, should be made with a little more care and love. Make something you normally wouldn't eat when you're rushing out of the door to go to work during the week. Take some time to enjoy it. 


I gave a little twist to this traditional meal by switching out regular toast with a slice of rosemary olive oil bread. Such a good combination, and for just 50 cents more than what I normally get for my usual loaf. 

I'm telling you, it's really the simplest things that make something ordinary into something extraordinary.

  3. eggs bacon and toast are the best breakfast trio! plenty of protein and a bit of carbs to fill the tummy for the day :)
