As if normal afternoon thunderstorms weren't enough, we've been warned all last week of a tropical storm threatening to pummel through our area. The reminders are continuous, and my parents made sure of it by keeping the news on the weather channel all weekend long. Luckily, Tropical Storm Isaac veered off west so all we got from him was on and off rain. This weeks' things is dedicated to some... well, things you'll want on a rainy day.
A warm blanket for cozy cuddles.
Hunter Boots for puddle-splashing.
Clear bubble umbrella for outdoor rain-watching (and a little message to tell the clouds to stop crying).
Some hot chocolate to share and be merry.
Though we've been blessed with little impact from the storm, let's all pray for our friends in the Louisiana and Mississippi area who are in it's path.
i can't wait for the fall/winter season ! *sigh*
